There is a way to tag orders with a color to call attention to them.

 

 

Right now, use the following colors:

  • Yellow:  Scheduled order at a future date
  • Red:  Urgent customer problem
  • Orange:  Minor issues like customer wants a final invoice, customer called to say that they are returning the unit, cc info updated (This will help billing to pay attention to it.)

 

*Remember to “Untag” the order after it is taken care of (like when an order is shipped or an issue is resolved)*
